General Terms and Conditions
Prices for adults and children are per person per day and include all rooms within the Dimora.
You will receive complimentary information regarding all facilities in Versilia and the surrounding areas. Additionally, it will be possible to participate in the experiences offered by the property, both on-site and through organized excursions.
Your room will be available for check-in from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM; on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 12:00 PM.
The swimming pool is available exclusively for our guests. The scheduled closing period is: November 1st – April 30th.
Late check-out: Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to use the room until 4:00 PM on the day of departure; we will be happy to provide information regarding the applicable additional fees.
The tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night (for guests aged 14 and older) is not included in the indicated price and must be paid separately.
All prices and information have been carefully checked. However, we reserve the right to correct printing errors, inaccuracies, or make changes. In the event of a discrepancy between the prices stated in the written booking confirmation and the current price list, the prices and general terms of the current price list shall always prevail.
Pet Policy: Upon request, your four-legged friends are welcome at Dimora Moncher for an additional daily supplement. For further information, please contact our reception.
All our suites are non-smoking rooms.
Payment Methods: You may settle your bill via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
Should you need to cancel your holiday, we would be very sorry. In such an event, we kindly ask you to inform us in a timely manner.
Cancellation policies apply according to the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1382):
- Cancellations received up to 30 days before the arrival dateare not subject to any cancellation fees.
- If the cancellation is received within the final 7 days before the arrival date, a charge will be applied the amount of the first nightwill be charged. Cancellations are accepted only in writing. These cancellation terms apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are partially or fully re-let. The same conditions apply to early departures. There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code. Unused services will not be refunded.
